The Agony of Dealing with Amazon Order Issues: A User's Perspective

As Amazon continues to grow and expand its dominance in the e-commerce market, it's crucial that the company prioritizes its customers' needs and experiences. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere – and so will many other frustrated users who've had enough of Amazon's problems with orders.
